Ok, but i dunno why, but it "hurts" me, probably because it already happened to me before...
Anyway, i dunno if you used Photoshop, but i wonder if it shouldn't be the case^^.

i just drew it, scanned it, and then coloured it in a programme called "The GIMP". Its like photoshop but free i cant afford photoshop lol

it wasnt meant to be, but i think it looks kinda like an army uniform, but i do like the colour on it even if i say so myself

meh, i m not sure it s an army uniform, i saw some photos on wikipedia & another website, japanese schoolgirls sometimes own neckties on their uniforms.
