When I lived in Germany for one year I had a neighbor whose name was Erdmut (Earth Mother). I lived in the mortal fear that I would slip up in my shaky German and call her "Erdnuss" (peanut or earth nut). Luckily I didn't.

That's just the inside/roof of mouth. I am not an expert on their internal anatomy, but I think that is the back of the eyeball area. Thing. Ish. I'm not sure what it is but they all have it ^__^
