Nie byłam jedyną osobą, której ta scena złamała serce, prawda? A poza tym artwork prześliczny, ten wyraz twarzy Prim, tak smutny i poważny... Będę płakać T_T

Thank you so much for this awesome compliment It killed me even more than Finnick's death, because of the reasons I wrote in the description. I mean, Finnick was awesome, and I loved him, and the fact that he left Annie and their little baby alone was so depressing, but I still think, that Prim's death was more tragic.

I was in a bingo hall with my family when I read the book, and everyone was silent for the prixe reading thing, and suddenly I just called out "PRIM!" and started crying. Everyone looked at me X3

Oh God, it must have been terrible! I'm glad, because I was alone at home at that day, and when I read it, I was just staring at the text for like 5 minutes, couldn't believe and doing nothing, because of the feelings ;_;

Oh, yeah, the feelz D:
My uncle had got me it and I was at my friends house. My mum was picking me up on the way to this Campervan site kind of thing, and I was just reading it non-stop X3 Then the one night. Wow. I have so much bad luck. I read it, and thenI shouted prim out and then I was just crying. When we went home I was just reading that bit over and over again. ;_;

I think that Suzanne Collins decided to hurt us as much as it was possible, just to show us the real Katniss, and what she was fighting for, and the fact, that Prim was all that mattered to her :c And even if it was heartbreaking, I do think that it was necessary (for the book and the readers). And also, I think that Suzanne Collins is a real master of drama XDD

Yup. Still sad though.
It's really weird how at the start there's like 15 important characters and at the end there's like 3.

Amazing! Tears welled up when I reread the section. I especially love the eyes. Great detail. I have ranted so much about her death and agree with you fully. It's because, regardless of anything else, Katniss became what she was to protect Prim. She may have helped accomplish something for the good of mankind, she may have been the hero, but the one thing that mattered and the original reason behind her action was lost along the way. And that fact is what makes the death tragic, the symbolism. <3

Thank you so much!!!! That's what I wanted to accomplish - the symbolism, and to show people the tragedy of her death for Katniss. I'm so glad it worked You're absolutely right - she lost the reason of doing all of the things she did, and it crushed her.
