How come she has a Japanese name if she's European? Born/raised in Japan?
I like her expression and the background, but I think you forgot her eyebrows (they should be slightly visible through her bangs). The background, though it has a nice look to it, distracts from the foreground a bit, I think it could stand to be toned down.
