Quick picture, was sketched on... December 29th, I think
I 'member it was inspired by «Pokémon Sun & Moon» opening, especially this moment >
In those final days of last year that song stuck in my head pretty much!
But now it's already left me, phew!
...
Well... yeah. Cathy and Persik become to Alola Region somewhere at 3 AM... That's fine!
And for the second time in my life I performed this anime-like style for human character

I'm not much fan from current Pokémon, I like more the first series, when was Misty.

In fact, I haven't watched the anime since the early 2000s. I haven't even seen that episode where Misty left.
And I started watching the Alolan season in the fall of 2016 when it just came out. The overall style of animation and humor has changed a lot there (compared to all previous seasons), and this has attracted attention. And I'm really glad I gave this a chance! It's much better than any other seasons. Ash/Satoshi finally behaves like normal ten-year-old kid supposed to ('cause he used to act like a robot or some Gary Stu)! New characters aren't boring and have some personality as well. Humor's great. And the pleasant atmosphere of the tropical islands. All this is my subjective opinion of course, but I was surprisingly satisfied. Should also note that I started watching it before the English dubbing appeared, so I watched it in its Japanese original with Eng subtitles. And I was very surprised to find out how good their original voices are! Actually, the English dubbing ruins, like, Everything. Moreover, they change the music for some reason, too, and the English version doesn't even have this wonderful opening. At least, this incident taught me to always get acquainted with the originals of anything xD
Must say though, that my characters have nothing to do with the anime. I was just inspired by it. They exist separately and the world where they are was taken more from the games then from the anime.

I see... Well! It's good to see Ash behaves better now, although in several animes most teenagers of 15 or 13 behaves like 18-years!
In my case, I really loved Pokemon intros and songs from the 1st season, specially when it was dubbed to spanish! Wow! Really lovely and charming!
