Quirk: Steal
Description: As the name says, his quirk allows him to steal others quirks; however, it is not like All for One.
Interesting facts:
1) He can only obtain 7 quirks per time. If he tries to steal and 8th one, his body will suffer from inner bleedings.
2) He can maintain the quirks he obtained for a couple of hours, then those quirks disappear and can´t be manifested ever again.
3) He cannot give back the quirks he stole.
4) The prime thing that allows him to steal others quirks, is that he must be in contact with the quirk´s manifestation. For example, if he tries to steal Denki Kaminari´s Electrification, Seigi must touch or be affected by Denki´s electricity; otherwise, it will be impossible for him to steal it.
5) It is easier for him to steal either Manifestation (like Explosion or Half Cold Half Hot) or Mutant Quirks (like Frog or Tail) for the range he has between him and his enemies. Transformation Quirks (like Hardening or Giant Fist) are a bit more complicated for him, due to the fact that he must touch the person while he/she is using his/her Quirk.
6) A negative effect is, that he can suffer from the side effects of the overuse of the Quirks he stole.

Physical Description:
-Seigi has black hair and dark brown skin. Black eyes with red, sharp iris and sharp teeth.
-Height: 170 cm
-Extras: He has two scars in his back, which were produced when he fought against a villain once, when it was about to murder a couple of tourists, and stole the villain´s Quirk in the process.

Personality:
-Most of the time, he does not smile. However, when he feels very nervous, he can´t avoid it.
-He is sarcastic, quiet and very clever. In his middle school´s years, he tend to be shy and kind of depressed, with only 2 friends that he still keeps.

-Background:
Son of a Mexican man and a Japanese woman, he moved from Mexico to Japan at the the age of 3. Since that age, his smile used to freak some of his neighbours, including Itsuka Kendo; although, he never minded that until his mother died when he was 4 years old.
His father could never take him to the doctor because of his two jobs, so whenever he was asked to show his Quirk at school, he simply couldn´t for he didn´t know which was his Quirk. Consequently, his classmates started calling him a Quirkless, and bullying him worse than Izuku (for being "Quirkless" and a "foreign").
That was almost daily, until First Year of Middle School. One day, some of his classmates were beating him and another student up, justifying that they were "the weakest people in the school." Without noticing it, his red pupils started to shine and when he touched one of them, he obtained her Quirk. To sum up, he sent the 7 students to the hospital, while he temporary kept their Quirks.

His ex-classmates call him "Devil" because, when he defeat those 7 students, he was smiling and showing his sharp teeth while his red eyes were still shining.
Even though it is kind of painful for him, nowadays, he likes to tell others that he is a Quirkless in order to see if they are "worthy of their Quirks or not". He does not like neither heroes nor villains, for his belief that heroes only use their quirks to either become famous or rich, and......well, it is kinda obvious why he dislikes villains (I think).

Likes: Bitter Chocolate, electronic music and detective novels.
Dislikes: Heroes, Villains and Strawberries.

Current situation:
After being captured by Eraser Head and Ms. Joke, Seigi is under the surveillance of both of their schools. This produced the encounter between him and some students of U.A and Ketsubutsu Academy. Even though, he attends to a public school and wants to study Psychology.

Power: Depends if he has stolen a Quirk or not, how many and which ones.
