It is good, and simple.
Only a few problems:
1. Chernyakhovsk is the result of OTL World War Two, after the northern half of East Prussia went to the USSR. The correct name would be Wystruć (the Polish name for Intersburg).
2. Instead of Hrodna, Lvov, and Drohobych; it should be Grodno, Lwów, and Drohobycz (Polish names, again)
3. Wrocław is in the Polish language, but it's part of Czechia here, so it should be Vratislav.
4. Uzhgorod? In the Ukrainian language it's Uzhhorod, and as it's in Slovakia, it's Užhorod here.
