Description
I won't be back to the ponies for a while, so I wanted to get this outta the way. This was drawn on the same paper as RX Tipsy, but that paper is slightly too large for my scanner. Anyway, I wanted to give her a small bio until I return with better ref sheets for all of my OCs.

Name: Cumulonimbus Demi Nine

Nickname(s) (Other than Cloud Nine) : Cloud, Niney, Clod Nine, and 4.5

Cutie Mark: Heart-shaped lock with clouds around it.

Symbolism: Represents her thoughts being locked away in the clouds. She's incredibly ditzy but she's highly intelligent.

Species: Winged Kirin/Qilin pony

Bling-bling: An emerald encrusted ring, choker and tail ring. The choker itself is velvet.

Mane and Tail: Outweighed with black hair with pink, blue and purple streaks.

Body color: Solid white with white-silver scales. She has a few stray scales under her eyes, in the center of her back (from where the hair begins on the underside of her tail, all the way up her spine to her nose. If she were bald, the trail would be entirely visible).

Skills: She's quite skilled with healing magics. Other than normal pony magic (the whole, moving books or clothes with her horns thing) she doesn't do much else. Rather, she's incapable of it.

Persona: She's rather clumsy, klutzy, ditzy and frequently doesn't hear a word spoken to her. The other ponies who interact with her and know her on a deep level know to make certain she's locked eyes with them or else it goes over her head. She's a bit of a joker and has an appreciation for pranksters though she's never executed a good prank well.

Despite her having large wings, she's incapable of flight. She can't figure out how to do it. When she's startled or shy, she'll hide behind them and her mane, which is sort of the only purpose they actually serve. That, and when her flight-capable friends opt to take her into the sky, she can walk on clouds.
