I watched a whole bunch of Danny Phantom and randomly felt like painting after... @_@Improvement CHYEAH. I think he may actually look like a man! ahahahaha.... OTL I had huge trouble with his eyes though... they looked so derpy ;_; I ended up having to give him regular round pupils because the slit ones would not cooperate at all ugh.
He still looks SO STIFF though. But... oh well X'D

On the person, or the background? The person just has noise added, and the painting was done with a textured brush ^_^
