Welp I've been told that I'm an unemployed, broke fat and ugly piece of shit who has no meaning or purpose for existence.ΒSo as you can guess my mood is all sunshine and daisies.
Oh depression is a wonderful thing.
I hope you like it despite the sad meaning behind it. I'd love a critique on my style!

First and foremost, I wish to show all my support to you in regards of the blatancy your father has shown. A grown up man which is also a father should know better than blowing his fuses up and uttering such nonsense, and someone should truly spare him anything but a few words to make it clear. Sadly, all I can offer is just that, my support and a duo of ears willing to listen.
Regarding the picture, it is astounding. Even for a simple shaded sketch in paper, it achieves to emanate an emotion of grief, of a broken heart. You can see it plainly in her expression and pose, both portrayed amazingly by the way, and it demonstrates that there was a huge sentimental source whose impact reflects directly in the image. In terms of anatomy, top notch, your style is absolutely lovely; it's elegant, enthralling and stirring (although the left nostril might be a bit overlined), and her hair is simply beautiful.Β
Great job cay, I hope everything turns out alright. Remember, the moment comes when every single person realizes its mistakes, their misdeeds, and if there's a soul dwellin within, he will apologise.

Your art is beautiful, and so are you. People say a lot of things, but it's up to you to choose what you take to heart. It's not easy to get employed, being broke comes with the territory, and your meaning/purpose for existence is entirely up to you.

Your very welcome, I just hope it helps at least a little. Whatever comes next is up to you, but I'll help you, even if it's only in small ways. Thank you, I tried my best, and applied as much of what I'v worked out lately as I could.Β
The shading and anatomy are pretty fantastic. Well, a lot of it is really up to how you want it to look yourself, but if you were to ask me, I would probably say that you might want to look into making your shading darker and lighter, pushing it further than it is now. Try to work on getting a wider range of tones, I guess you could say. You also may want to look at making some area's darker than others more generally as well, to get a better contrast and to better define the form.
As for anatomy, it's looking good. But you might want to pay some more attention to the neck and shoulders, it's not looking entirely right around those areas. You may also want to pay some attention to the ear, though part of the reason it might look a little off is due to the eyelash in front of it. The hair looks fantastic though, and I especially like the shape of the head and the muzzle.Β
