one of mine too
Tibia adventage was slow gameplay which allowed me to play with my slow connection
Later I played loads of mmos and I remember only few of them including Runescape, Tibia and MuOnline which were my first three mmo's ^^

I don't really know, it was always hard (Maybe to make it look believable, not plastic etc) to work with bright saturated colors, especially red and yellow.

Something interesting I found out is (for some skin tones) to dull the colour the darker it is.
