She definitely looks as if she is about to get up to no good. Like the way you colored it

The collarbone looks a bit like wrinkles and with that and the combination of her extreme expression, I think that she is depicted as an old witch here.
If you -were- to change anything, I'd say definitely get rid of that color bone because it's making her chest look wrinkly.
