This piece reminds me of shadow play in a garden in the dark of night. The petals seem to sway gently in an unseen breeze. The depth of the details are just stunning as well I like the little strip of mm...dark blue coloration dividing part of the design, almost like a small trickle of water, where someone has left the water hose on. (

Thank you!! I see something new almost every time I look at it. I never dreamed it would turn out as well as it did, the gradient choice was kinda iffy at the time of rendering but it turns out, that's what make the whole image come to life! (so to speak)

If you don't mind my asking ... HOW did you do that? I'm just learning Apophysis, myself and I certainly cannot create anything that gorgeous!
The composition and balance to this piece is fantastic. And the muted colors really set it off far more than any more vibrant colors could have possibly done. This is a work of art.

Fantastic. this piece reminds me of my comforter set I bought at Target a couple weeks ago. [link] The bedspread has a Damask pattern but it's also floral. it also has the same color scheme as this piece. This would make an excellent wallpaper!

Ah! Well, I'm still posting photos and designing calendars. And I am determined to get busy with Terragen 2 after that. So it'll be a bit before I tackle Apophysis again. I have to learn how to use 3D Hack. So far, not much luck.

Figgered as much. I haven't had time lately, and my next project is going to be Terragen 2. But I WILL get around to doing lots of practice on Apo Hack.
