He looks great I think. Love the Fleischer S that takes us back to his golden age roots. SM was always envisioned as a champion of the people and social crusader and not just a naive boyscout. And young journalists today chasing leads...a business suit is kinda outdated.

I'm glad that you liked it. As for business suit, this Clark is YJ(Earth 16) version so I just mentioned it he usually wears.

Basically here's what's happened:
Recently Superman discovered another power, which is an extension of his heat vision, called the Super-Flare. All the solar energy collected in his body explodes out in a blast that can destroy everything within miles, and after he uses it, he's effectively human for about a day as he recollects solar energy. Basically, it's a last ditch move he has in his repertoire.
Except, apparently he uses it at one point and...his powers don't fully come back. He can't fly, he can only leap giant distances. He still has superhuman strength and speed, but he can't match the Flash nor lift any planets. He's still tough, but not invulnerable, he bleeds. Apparently his body is so wacked out that he isn't flagged as Kryptonian by his Fortress of Solitude, which caused it to steal away his Kryptonian armor.
Oh, and during this time, Lois Lane figured out Clark is Superman, and wrote a story about it. Yes, right now everyone knows that Clark Kent and Superman are one and the same.
As for if it's stupid...that's all subjective, really. I've personally been enjoying it, it's a very interesting direction, but I can understand why it pisses people off, especially big fans of Lois Lane.

Oh! I couldn't notice your message till now.
Thank you for your thorough explanation.
It seems I'd better keep not reading that (I'm just a Clark/Lois shipper….)

Well, there is a book coming out in October called Superman: Lois & Clark that might fit that. It takes place after the Convergence: Superman book a few months back, where the Pre-Flashpoint Lois and Clark are trapped in the Post-Flashpoint world on a secret mission...while taking care of their nine year-old son.
