Not sure what you mean bout design not being yours. Did you do any of the modeling? The render itself is good; I particularly like how the center table looks under this lighting condition, and the light webbing on the walls look realistic and photo-metric. I think most of the materials are well done, but some of them need a little work, especially the glass materials and the leather couch. The pot with the flowers in the foreground looks like it should be metal, but resembles a material closer to plastic. The flowers in that pot are also way too straight and stiff looking. If you did the modeling here, then I have to take my hat off to all the hard work you put into this scene, and most of the models do look very good. Congratulations.
