This is from a game...and I definitely haven't forgotten the name of it...S.Y.K.! Yes, that's it. I don't know anything about it, really, except that it's Japanese and I don't think it's been translated into English.

Anatomy is ehhhhhh, especially on the guy, but whatever. Someone needs to follow me around and smack me when I try to download pictures of people in loose clothing. I need to remember that I'm just not that good at anatomy!

I left the gender of the bound person purposely ambiguous (though it's clearly a girl in the original) so that it can be altered easily if, you know, that's what you're into. I'm not, but I'm not out to police other peoples' fantasies.
