Ok, so I had a dream about a black pegasus. It was really cool, so I decided to make a character of it. Since Algy has Helios, the sun, I got the idea to make mine night to contradict. His wingspan resembles a starry night sky and his eyes have white moon cresents in them.
This started off as an experiment to see if I could chibi-fy horses. Turns out I can.
I'll do a normal image of him eventually.Edit: Sorry if the night side is too dark for some people; it looks fine on my monitor and that's what I have to go by.
Drawn and inked in paintchat, colored in Painter.

Heh, they remind me of Rimfaxe and Skinfaxe in Norse Mythology.
Rimfaxe (or Hrymfaxe) is the horse pulling the moon over the night sky, and dew is drops of foam from the bridle.
Skinfaxe is the horse pulling the sun, and it's golden mane and tail lightens op the world.
There's a slight difference, becuase Rimfaxe has a silver mane, and Skinfaxe has a white fur, and a golden mane. But they match pretty well even though (:

Is there a reason for the dark one being happy happy and Helios looking kind of tired and run down?
Good anatomy, but dark`s hind leg (the one that`s furtherst away) looks a little weird to me...but that may just be me, so...
