Description
Vase with pulled handle, decorated with clay vines and rosebuds applied at the leather-hard stage. It was difficult to work with clay on such a small scale -- the vines and leaves were so fragile that they kept breaking as the clay dried. And as you can see in this photo, a portion of the vine snapped off after firing.Vine and flowers colored with green and blue underglaze; vase glazed clear and electric fired.
