i can sleep 16 hours a day and somehow still be tired!  
i had to get checked out by the doctor at one time for iron deficiency 
because i was always tired even with a full night's rest xD

I'm pretty sure that I'm suffering from some issues in that regard myself. Augh! At least, there are certainly nutrients being missed. Oh well!
