Description Leucetius is the name of one of the Celtic gods of thunder, but I thought it made a good name for a dragon. Scanner kind of ate the midtones in the middle of the face.

i really love the detail you put into Leu's portrait! its refreshing to see dragon art done this way - rather than some beeefy dragon seen from a distance in a fantastical landscape devouring something cute and fluffy (although those are always fun too!!)

That eye is just beautiful! The detail is amazing - in not only the eye, but the entire face! The scales, too. (: I also really like the nose and it's tones. ^^ You've got quite the knack for dragons as well! Great work, as alwasy!

Thanks! I'm glad you like it. I think the eye is my favorite part also I don't think any one part of it took longer than another - I kind of just worked it from left to right.
