Her muscles spasmed, as she jolted awake. It was silent around her, but all that was on Caoimhe's mind was the same sense of fear that had plagued her in her dreams. Why wasn't it leaving? Her breathing felt choked, as though an unseen force was pressing down on her windpipe, making it impossible for her to breathe. Wide eyed, shaken and gasping- Caoimhe lay along, suffering from her ever growing panic attacks that had increasingly began to happen each time that she awoke from dark dreams.

Caoimhe's sleeping pattern is a mess, she avoids sleeping because each time she is plagued by nightmares and when she wakes up is hit by a panic attack each time. Her subconscious is trying to tell her something.. but what?
