Alright, so I had this idea for my new Hemoplim character, Citpylocopa, [SIT-PIE-LOW-CO-PUH] and just decided to work on her design now. At first it was a sketch that I was PLANNING on making all pretty and clean and whatnot, but MAN am I unmotivated to actually take the time to WORK on something. Dx So yeah... Instead of making it a prettied up picture like planned, I just scribbled all over the place. But eh... Looks kind of nice, no?
Citpylocopa was the sage before Olap, but she was mentally unstable so they locked her up and kept her hush-hush. Sage Olap died from old age so that makes Cit OLDER than Olap, so why is she still alive and kicking? Hmm... Who knows? ;D
Sorry, that's really all I have of her at the moment. I'm trying to put the pieces together, but I'm having trouble. But she's new so something will come to me eventually. :3

Her mask covers her left eye. There's obviously something about it. Probably something that has to do with her mental disability.
And they sewed her mouth shut to keep her quiet from the rest of the race. I guess they didn't want Cit to be known anymore. I think she did something really HORRIBLE when she was sage. Probably something really bad like the holocaust or something similar to that. Possibly trying to wipe out the cold blood drinking Hemoplim race? Oh, I'm making this stuff up as I type it right now. Lawl. 8D
But anyway, there's like... Dried blood crusted around her mouth 'cause I guess she broke her stitched open. Bleh! Cit disgusts me! D;
