From what experience I have I'll say this:
- Facial construction is decent, though I'm a bit too used to place such simplistic noses on females since I express sexual dimorphism in my style so it looks odd to me. Sharp lines, though not too female-ish, but I wonder how you do in symmetry, to draw a left eye alone is one, to draw both is quite another.
- I commend you for making a decently wide neck, most manga styles stick a head on a stick. Also for making eyes not larger than the skull could store the eye socket XD
- Blood, well, I got some experience with that (horror comicbook making XD), and I can tell you that you did it half-right. The blood drippings slide nicely on the body though in some places you put a sharp ending on them, those slidings happen cause a drop of blood leads them downwards, they should end with a round droplet. The overall shape of blood splatters looks rather simplistic, but then again, I don't know what caused them so I can't judge them. There's blood sliding of his (his) right and left cheek, good job on the left one nicely sliding down the neckΒ but the blood should stain his shirts collar a bit, it comes into contact with it. The other cheek shows blood dripping of the cheek, there should be blood stains on his chest below. The color of blood is bright, but its just a rough sketch so I can't judge.
- The proportions seem a bit off, but again, this is a rough sketch, nobody can complain in this field, I make proportion mistakes all the time, even in professional drawings.
Overall this looks nice, real nice as a big picture, I would like to see that made in a full fledged way.
