In all actuality, Steven is the most emo character you'll ever meet. <3
Anyway, I was trying to channel lots of different artists in this one, and I succeeded somewhat and failed abysmally otherwise. was my drawing style inspiration, and was my inspiration for colours, thanks to a lovely purple-toned piece I saw in their gallery.

Steven's my imaginary boyfriend. He's too emo to function. The words "Tragically hip" come to mind...
Sometimes he wears emo-glasses. He also plays guitar. And he smokes, too. He says dying faster is the only repreive for the human spirit. *snicker*
