My god, it hasn't been coloured in yet and I'm already in LOVE with this. I sure can't wait for the finished product, but as this is still work-in-progress, I see an area or two that could use a little touching up. So I thought I'd do my part and help point out the places that need a little work. Here we go!
The hips, and by extension the buttocks, should be more well-defined. Here, the hips look kinda straight, but the female figure naturally has wider hips and a more pronounced butt. Now, I've seen your work and I know you have a very good understanding of how women are drawn from the waist down, but I felt that I had to point that out at least. Long story short, the butt needs to stick out more so that it has a more natural curve to it.
On the subject of hips and whatnot, her legs are pointing in the same direction. The angle of the legs is too steep for her to be sitting, so what posture is she in? Is she kneeling? It's not likely she'd be standing because if she really is, then it'd be kinda stressful on the legs. But if she *is* standing-ish, then tucking her right leg in behind her left (so both legs are in different directions) should result in a more natural look, like she's walking. The point I'm trying to make here is that I'm not sure what posture she's supposed to be in.
If her right hand is meant to be touching her right leg - like the palm is pressed against her thigh - it's not very obvious yet. But I'll forgive this, cause I'm sure you've got plans to make it clearer.
On a positive note, I really love the clothing she's wearing. That cropped jacket looks so cute on her and goes really well with the crop top. And as usual, you have a knack for drawing faces that look fresh and attractive, and this one is no exception. Just look at her! She looks like she's taking a nice little walk in the woods and enjoying nature. Such a soothing face to look at. Ahhhhh...
Wow, I know I'm rambling like I'm nuts here, but I know how important critique is to artists. Anyway, I'm definitely looking forward to the end result and I wish you luck on this piece. Keep it up!
