The return of an old design,Keelp is the revamp of my old Weeseed line www.deviantart.com/cerulebell/…

Weeseed has gone through a lot of looks. Started out as just a seed with kelp growing out of it, then it was a leafy sea dragon...but since Skrelp became a reality I thought I'd go for a new idea. Sow Keelp is an eel with a dash of beta fish. AND they egt a new evolutionary stage hopefully it works out well
