I just bought an Artisul D13S graphic tablet and I received it yesterday. I spent all the second half of yesterday (and part of today's early morning before I finally went to sleep) setting it up, as the line was being drawn very far from the pen's point even though I ran the callibration process correctly.

This is my first drawing using the tablet. It took me a long time because I had to mentally correct for that difference (I pressed "undo" a lot for this picture). I finished it before going to sleep.

I drew a second picture today, and the pen was working correctly now. It took long, but that was because I tried to make it a little more detailed. I still did not include as many details as other people do, but I think I will adapt to using the tablet soon enough.

Usually I spend my weekends playing videogames at my boyfriend's house, but this (long) weekend he was very patient with me and let me spend two afternoons with my tablet.

I will try to upload the second picture soon. It is one I have wanted to draw for years. It was inspired by Savage Garden's "You can still be free".
