Doug started out a member of The Hellions, but when Kitty went back to Xavier's he went with her.

Not exactly a Hellion yet, though. He was just trying the school for about a week, with Kitty along for a second opinion since she had also had contact with the school before (and because he simply liked her). Of course, Emma (or Manuel) could have arranged for Doug to think he liked the school, but Emma seemed more interested in Kitty.
So he never joined the Hellions until after his death.

True, he was more of a regular student there in the beginning, he wasn't part of tbe original Hellions. Totally agree that Doug had a crush on Kitty, and you're right, Emma did want her more 😋

Hard to believe that when I read it in comics, I do wonder what Emma was thinking with that uniform... Pink and Purple doesn't always look good on every guy.

Doug looks good, too. Except for the chest hair, that is totally out of place. Even if Doug were to grow up to be hairy, back then he was just too young. Yes, I know people who were hairier at 15, but they are exceptions.

I loved both videos. I will keep checking for new videos by them.
I did not like that Longshot has normal number of fingers, though. With all the effects they used, I am sure they could have done something about it, if they wanted.
Way I see it, if he had chest hair, Alan Davis would have drawn it. He draws it on Brian and on others.
