I re painted this to be darker. The other paint job ended up to green. I stayed up to long last night thinking about it haha. I'm a lot happier with it now. I deleted the WIP deviation but you can still view the other paint job under posts on my page. This is made from baked clay and wire. The tree is based on trees I have painted in other paintings. They are trees that have been infected by a parasitic fungus. They use the tree as a substrate and the bark as defense. The bullseye mark is the point of infection or places in the bark where the fungus is exposed.
