idk why I didn't upload this, I drew it a while ago. Two weeks ago actually.
Anyway, it's Finch dressed up like Ten because. Well. Time Lord. d:
It's stupidly crazy how many elements my Not Quite Normal story and characters share with Doctor Who. Time travel (and the theories about it) especially. x)
ffff and I thought Finch was the master of the time-space continuum. OH WELL.
They both even wear Converse shoes, I don't even
ANYWAY.

Dr. Finch has a really cute face! I've never watched Doctor Who though. Everything I've learned about it has either been thru fan art of it on dA or Phil Plait writing about the show on his Bad Astronomy website.

I think my "ohcrap" moment when it came to the similarities between NQN and Doctor Who came when I read that Doctor Who was originally intended to be educational (history and science schtuff.)
(I think before I had joke ideas with Shady and the TARDIS passing each other in the time/space continum/Vortex with Shady just going "wat." I doubt even if he were looking through the TARDIS windows the Doctor would react because, hey, blue and white cat dog thing. There's been odder.)
