Her name is Akame (from "red eyes": 赤眼 ) Sum-fancy-western-name-yet-to-be-chosen.
She is albino, so she has to wear a lot of protection from the sun. But when it rains, she doesn't need to, though she wears them anyway.
She is a knight that fights for one of those cool secret kind of evil save-the-world organization.
