Itachi having some fun. 0.o I completely messed up his robe thing, the clouds are supposed to be filled in and stuff, I only realized it after I finished it after fixing it up a little with photoshop. And the dance he's doing in the first two panels is like what Deedee does in Dexter's Lab.
