This CD cover design was created as part of an assignment to create one of two rock orientated cover sleeves for the record label Reson8. I used the converse shoe stock image because I associated it the image of Angus Young (ACDC) jumping on on stage playing his guitar. I think the converse brand shoe lends an underground contemporary tone that I was looking for. I've left the background very minimal for the reason that it draws more attention to the shoe (which speaks tonnes and needs no compimentary info).
