Naoko is the twin sister of Akemi and due to being so identical, it is almost impossible to tell the pair apart except for their personalities and the tattoos they sport.

In fact, Naoko had once been a lover of Masaaki Yanagisawa back when he was attending Johto Academy alongside her sister and both desires him to the point of wondering about abducting him from the karate dojo.

However, Masaaki's decision to leave was an unpopular one and the Matsuoyama twins would never forgive him for a time but soon learns about his reasons why from Kiyoko Yamamoto Kusaka.

Like her sister, she is a known bisexual and currently has a lover in Mitchiko Narue, a bodyguard and karate master in the Mori Clan's service.

While her sister founded her own dojo after stepping down as commander of Nobunaga Li Britannia's Imperial Guards, Naoko is hired by the Mori Clan to establishes a dojo for it's own security forces.

Naoko becomes the Grand Master of her True Aiki Jiu Jitsu Dojo and at the Human appearance of 42, she is actually an immortal Nether-Devil. Naoko has defeated many martial artists yet isn't satisfied since she desires someone who can offer her a worthy challenge and once complains about it to her sister.

She soon has the same nemesis as Akemi and one whom she will seek out to conquer: Anthony Vermillion, the Howling Wolf.
