Pretty nice. The shiny, black parts have a very interesting look to them. They kinda look like metal sculptures.

I've been wanting to start working with Chaotica but my computer isn't powerful enough. =\

I love the shiny parts.  Basically it's a combination of low gamma, a lot of brightness, curves, and probably the blur to a very small extent.  Of course, having the right type of fractal shapes and density to use it on is another issue entirely...

I've never found Chaotica extremely taxing on any computer I have used -- at least, if you compare it to multithreaded apo using all your threads, it's definitely a major improvement in responsiveness from that.  Yeah, it does want to use all your CPU cores and stuff, but it's software intended to be used for rendering, which isn't necessarily an easy task for non-dedicated PC's in the first place.

And you made this according to your tutorial? (with some other changes I'm sure). I want to try one of these soon.

The basic principles of the tutorial -- looking for cool stuff and messing with a bunch of things  -- indeed were followed in this, although it took me a few days to get the shapes that I was looking for to appear.

It took me a long while to go from where you see on the tutorials to this stage.  I wish you the best of luck and perseverance in attempting it, if you choose to do so.

Wow
How do you do that!?

For the most part, it's just how my mind shapes the nature of fractals into something I find interesting and chaotic.  It's somewhat hard to explain how I make artwork, as there's not really a logical path from start to finish that I follow; it's more about understanding how to work with and shape the medium you use  rather than following a prescribed set of steps to get to the result.

Perhaps, but I find it very enjoyable and fun!
