So I have decided to post this as I don't want to work on it anymore.About a year ago...maybe two? I discovered and after looking at her work I felt inspired to draw something similar. This is first of two A3 pieces I drew out. the other has yet to finish the lineart stage...
I used mostly watercolour paints and some pencils for details. I not 100% happy with it...lighting mostly and a certain black butterfly...
Anyways a jungle dragon looking out over jungle from it's roost for the night, surrounded by flutterby dragons and strange plants. I loved doing the plants!

Yeh the best kind of patience, i have totally done that, but its more like "i will just sit it here for a week cause i dont want to look at it...." then 12 months later... "oh thats right, oh who cares it can wait another 12 months!!" haha

yes yes been there too >.> That is where the other inspire piece currently is. I got stuck on designing one corner of it...and thus it sits in the cupboard until I have brainwave.
