Appearance > Tempest is a well muscled yet short dragonet. He has short yet thick legs, with long smooth talons. He has shiny, green-blue scales. His bioluminescent stripes are a lighter version of his main scales and he has a minty green underbelly. His wings are a darker green and are pretty wide for his age. He has dark green-gray horns and gills, along with his scales on top of his head. His snout is curved and smooth. His pale blue eyes are his most noticeable feature.

Tempest wears a simple black drawstring necklace with a mental, pink starfish pendant on it. He also wears pouches wrapped around his legs, one containing a dagger and the other storing personal items.

Tempest is a very clever and quick-witted dragon and isn’t afraid to get down to the bottom of stuff. In his free time, you can find him playing around with little tinkerts like seashells.

The SeaWing loves to explore new places and learn new things. It’s one of his biggest dreams to explore the other Kingdom and his curiosity isn’t going to go away until that happens.

Baby Dragonet > Tempest and his twin, Emerald was born the Underwater Palace. His parents, Angelfish and Surge, raised them to the best of their ability and often took him on trips to the Coral Palace of the Kingdom, letting the green dragonets explore to his heart’s content and interact with his fellow SeaWings, developing his love for adventure very early on. Him and his had a natural chemistry with each other, they had a small rivalry and often push one other to swimming the deepest or build the best sandcastle. Despite having completely different personalities, they both shared a common interest: the Pyrrhia-Pantala Alliance. Both were fascinated by the idea of serving among other important dragons, especially those who weren't SeaWings. On one of the brightest nights, they made a pack they would go to the University together after traveling.

Both of their parents planned to take him to the main land once he was old enough, together as a family.

But fate has a way of throwing the unexpected at you.

Dragonet > As Tempest grew older, the world became less play and more work. His parents worked together to teach the dragonets in basic skills: hunting, fighting, swimming. It was this age he discovered his strength and his skill in fighting. Him and his mother would often do one on one sessions while his dad and Emerald would study history. One afternoon noon after a training session. She showed him a chest of her personal belongings (which was a big no no as a dragonet, and had gotten multiple scoldings for a dragonet). She explained the history behind one of her most prized possession: the dagger. Angelfish promised that when he was old enough, it would be his. Tempest was overjoyed by this and before she sent him away, she told him: "Our family doesn't run from things, Tempest. We face them head on."

When he was 7, things got tense. Some unresolved conflict had resurfaced. One night, a strange group of dragons, presumably SeaWings came in with a female leader. The leader confronted Angelfish, tell them to take her and kill the others. Before her companions could lay a talon on them, Angelfish negotiated with them to take just her, since she was the one they wanted. And Tempest watched as they ransacked their home and leaving without another word. Book Wrym.

Young Adult > Time felt to slow down after Angelfish's disappearance. What was left of their family moved to a nearby town where they hope it would be safer. Surge had left them to their own devices, going to search for her and promising he would return. Tempest suffered the most her disappearance. He had taken her gear and dagger, but kept it sorted away because of the memories. It was Emerald that snapped him out of his sulking. She told him that she didn't sacrifice herself for nothing, and sulking about it was dishonorable. After a few days to think about it, he realized she was right. With motivation from his family and friends, he got back on his feet. He met an Alliance member that was greatly impressed by his fighting skills, that they recommended him to the University. Emerald insisted that he go, despite his protests and upholding their promise. She wanted to stay and search for clues about Angelfish.

While he waits for the approval of the Council of Six, he spends his nights planning the places he wishes to see in the future. But also connecting the dots and plotting the punishment of Angelfish Captor.

Tempest settled into the town very well after a well, making many friends. He's back to his normal self, but now with a extra taste of bitterness.
