Ooh, I LOVE this, it's so delicate and intricate. The colours are gorgeous, and the 'eyes' look fascinating. Brilliant work

what did you do this with? its very clean and bright looking and from the thumbnail almost looks like illistrator stuff. things like this would make cool posters and tattoos and whatnot, very cool to just get lost in. glad to have the EYE on you.

Hey there... I used fine liner pens for the initial design... after working it out in pencil, then it is coloured with colour pencils. Then i scanned it in, and just made good the white background and a couple of tiny mistakes.
I use Derwent Artists, which are pretty good, Some pigments arent great, and the vivid purple and pink are actually basic inscribe pencils, as the set i got didnt have those colours in it!!
To hear your comments has made my day, I actually started training to be a tattoo artist, once, did two tats! (i'll have to put those pics on here, basic tribal, my own designs... and i started drawing a bit of flash. But my teacher couldnt get a studio and it all fell through
Now, i'd just love to see my work in print, on greetings cards, as prints/posters, and of course, blotter art!!
Now i'm not at uni (had to leave cos of getting pregnant!, i can do what i want, and i'm so much happier
I'd really like to have a go at making some digital mandala's, working with fractals, but my preggy brain just wont let me at the moment!!

great motives and colorful design. looks like all elements are there.
fire, water and so on.
flower tells the presence of garden. green color goes with that. between garden and fire there lies water. lake and dark blue as deep sea. And that eye part it reveals different layers of human as in moods. from aggression to happiness all are there. the outer most motive traditional sort of tells the category where it lies. And all things are pointing towards one direction no matter who they are. it feels like they are pointing towards their creator. No u have made arrow in opposite direction it tells all things are coming from that black hole. and after a blast first it spreaded away in form of particals. first color which those partical hav is red, then orange and then yellow and then it jumped on blue gradually which is again telling me different layers as in different moods of mankind.
