This is the fourth member of ~Qzange 's commissioned team, an Eevee named Fed! C:Fed's accessory is like a sunglass monocle. It was weird to interpret, but I think I got it haha.

Not entirely sure what you mean by that, but the monocle is an accessory that the owner of the Eevee character wanted it to have. c:

What I meant was Did you screw up on evee's eye and just make a monocle to cover it up? ( now I know you didn't because it was requested) but yeah...
