it's cosplaying as martel from tales of symphonia. you can go check out her gallery for more martel pictures and a better view on her costume.I just came to like this photo _very_ much. the stone structure in the ground was just too beautiful and very fitting for a tales of cosplay and especially for martel. the letters around the border of the circle tell about somebody planting an apple tree (you can learn about the connection from her character description on wikipedia [link] SPOILER!)
