Taken on 6/20/18 of Tri Rail's EMD F40PHL-2 sitting rusting in the yard. these engines haven't been used in a few years it would seem. Original build date 12/68 as a GP40 and was rebuilt into a F40PHL-2 by Morrison- Knudson they used CR GP40 #3256, with parts from BN F45s 6637 and 6641 in 1988 for Tri Rail.
