As tempting as it is to make a cover illustration of Jack Turner's song "Nightmare" ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=0lXrfc… ), I think it's more fitting to continue doing work with my OCs the Wren twins, as they got me through the Drawtober challenge this far, so I might as well see it all the way by showing the kind of things Jenny and Joey Wren have nightmares about... plus, since their story is practically a spin-off of "The Ghost and Molly McGee", I might as well throw in the show's newest bad guys the Frightmares (evil, frightening nightmare ghosts who are always hungry but could never eat food of the living even if they want, yet make up for it by thriving off chaos both real and subconscious from humans and ghosts alike, and they only listen to the Chairman). Joey still has his childish coulrophobia--fear of clowns-- while Jenny, despite her strong fear of chickens and escalators, fears failure most of all to the point the Flow of Failed Phantoms haunts her dreams even after it has been destroyed.

Normally armed against these chaos feeding Frightmares via hanging up dream-catchers, the twins forgot to hang them up this particular night, leaving them vulnerable to psychic attack. Rest assured, this mistake won't happen again, but even with the Chen's Phantom Canister keeping these monsters contained, they'll be back!
