Fire Emblem: Three Houses released last summer to incredible reception. It's definitely not my type of game, but my wife adores the series, and watching her play this one was the most I've ever enjoyed a Fire Emblem title. The strong cast of characters definitely makes it memorable and enjoyable! Dimitri in particular is an unusually complex character, who has a noticeably strong fondness for your player character, Byleth. During my wife's Blue Lions run, she went with a male avatar for the first time, and as a result, some of Dimitri's behaviors toward your protagonist make him seem a tad... we'll say "closeted".

While she was playing, I asked my wife if anyone had ever drawn Dimitri smiling up at a poster of Byleth on his ceiling yet. She hadn't yet, and I thought it might make for a fun, silly doodle. Until I took it a step forward with the last two panels, featuring Dimitri's timeskip design, and it suddenly became hilarious. I had to draw it at that point. Dimileth is a rather popular ship on Twitter, so I think I must have struck the right chord with people who have both an appreciation for the pairing, as well as my terrible sense of humor, because this was the first time anything I had ever drawn broke into the 1,000's in both Likes and Retweets. My apologies for not remembering to share it here sooner!
