I was inspired to create this painting by a description of the cherubim in Sumerian mythology. He looks somewhere about like this

Ah, then they would be 'fallen' Cherubim (satan).
Sumeria was ancient Babylon, founded by satan, through Nimrod.

Ezekiel chapter 10:14 Has a description of Holy Cherubim from ancient Hebrew text. They each have 4 faces and never need to turn.
