Sun Shangxiang (By Design) is copyright to Koei.A very different Sun Shangxiang to the current version. Back in the nineties, 1997 to be exact, she was a bit more girly-girl in her pink mini skirt. She was also sporting different hair back then and swinging a sword rather than her wind and fire wheels!

Wow, I'd never seen any drawings or references of any type for any character from the first Dynasty Warriors. I almost didn't recognize it. Nice drawing though!

I love the pose and how you give the whole piece a sense of speed and movement with the pattern behind her.
