More Sauron! I've made a few updates to the cosplay since I wore it to Katsucon. I still want to make chainmail for this, but I guess the scale mail is good enough for now...It's hard to see with the lighting, but the eye on my chest and the gems on my leg armor do light up. I had meant to go back and make the helmet light up, but I forgot....speaking of which, the helmet can be worn, I just chose not to as I wanted the ombre hair to show 8D I've gotten these two questions on facebook so I'll get ahead and answer them on here.

1) The hair is not a wig. It's my own hair blended with hand dyed hair extensions. I'll be doing the same thing for my Balrog cosplay.
2) The armor is all craft foam! No worbla here! Don't get me wrong worbla is nice, but it's expensive and I usually don't plan things far enough ahead to have time to order it and still finish something before I need it....A little bit of quicwood was used for fine detailing, but the majority of what you see is craft foam.

I am really loving the cosplay! I can barely move when I wear it and it's got to be freezing or I'll sweat to death, but I still love it! I'd still really love a Morgoth to join me someday, but that will have to wait ;D
