The original layton is definately NOT a bad guy. ... wich doesnt stop me from drawing him as an evil genious, however.
The original layton is a very kind, yet logical and friendly person.

maybe because the boys eyes are the same stile as the eyes in the moomin series and in fact the whole stile looks similar.
Also: Layton wears the same type of tophat moomin-papa uses to wear.

I think i just realised it because the moomins where my very first mostloved series Γ³ w Γ² it was also the first series for wich I ever drew fanart.

everybody loves moomins. as for me, i didn't grow up with moomins and i knew them from a friend, they're so loveable. and now i really want to watch or just read some books but it's really hard to get >__<
