I never understood the mane design for this one. It doesn't look like what Granny would wear at all. It's has no continuity with the rest of her designs.

Granny Smith was apparently a young mare between what would correlate with our time as the 1840s and the 1920s. It is not really that style. I'm just saying like where is her parents? Why does she live alone? Where is the stallion she married to be Bright Mac's mother? It doesn't add up with "Apple Family Reunion" or "Leap of Faith" at all.
