Description A drawing I did of a deer, using a 0.07mm mechanical pencil and some coloured pencil lead.

I then scanned it, cloned and copied, changed colours, arranged them, and created a full background in Adobe Photoshop CS3.

So, really it's a little bit traditional work and a lot digital work, so I lumped it in digital.

This is the original drawing:

This is another variation:

I used some paintbrushes by !starwalt (who has apparently since been banned from DA, so I can't really credit him) and the background is from *struckdumb.

Because I really hate deviantART's watermark, I've embedded my own watermark into my work. However, this makes submitting the piece as a print tricky. So if you are interested in a print, please request one and I will either upload a non-watermarked version and submit it as a print, or I'll link to a secondary print site so you can get one! So please feel free to request a print if you're so inclined!

I love it! It's so sweet and colorful! I'd place it in Mixed media, though. I think they made that category for when we use both ways in a work. Anyway, just pointing that out to you because you seemed to care about it!

Thanks ... I'll look into it. Last time I looked, I found mixed media, but it was still segregated between digital and traditional. But I'll look, things might have been improved Glad you like it though!! ! I really like how it turned out too!

Since the base was made in trad you could put it there: trad art > mixed media.

You're most welcome!
