interesting concept... however, they've been trying for years to work in a script with Doomsday. In fact, Kevin Smith wrote one, and Warner was about to go with it, when they hired Singer and he tossed it out. Singer's movie wound up sucking. A Month after it's release on DVD, the local wal-mart couldn't sell it for even less than $12! It really only did well in theaters because of the then-new digital presentation. The DVD remained overstocked on the terrible release. Needless to say, Singer was quickly removed from any further WB Superman projects. A reboot is in progress and Singer is not at the helm, thankfully.
Oddly, Singer has returned to X-men.. he's working with Fox on an X-Men reboot. yay. Now we get to see how many ways he forgot to screw them up the first two times.
Kevin Spacey was the best thing they did to Singer's Supes movie. But it didn't save it.
